  • Dies ist ein umgebauter Industriedachboden auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück in einem tollen Teil der Stadt. Es hat super hohe Decken, wiedergewonnene Böden und eine erstaunliche Einrichtung aus der Mitte des Jahrhunderts. Es ist mit einem fantastischen Soundsystem und einer kommerziellen Küche ausgestattet!

    Dies ist ein phänomenaler Raum. Es ist eine umgebaute Gewerbefläche mit 18 Fuß Decken mit einem industriellen Flair bei geräumigen 2550 Quadratmetern. Es ist ein sehr offener Grundriss mit zwei Bädern. Es ist mit Vintage-Möbeln und Kunst eingerichtet.

    Die Küche ist für den gewerblichen Gebrauch mit einem Imperial Stove mit sechs Brennern und einer Wikingerhaube ausgestattet. Ich habe alles, was Sie brauchen, um einen Sturm aufzukochen. Wenn Sie im Freien kochen möchten, stehen Ihnen ein Grill und ein Traeger-Pelletofen zur Verfügung.

    Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Obergeschoss mit einem Kingsize-Memory-Foam-Bett. Das Badezimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über eine große Dampfdusche, in der mindestens zwei Personen Platz finden, wenn Sie es sich gemütlich machen möchten. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat ein französisches Bett. Das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss hat eine massive Betonwanne und -dusche, die zu einem kleinen Dorf passt.

    Ich kann Ihnen garantieren, dass Sie keinen einzigartigeren modernen Ort im Stadtzentrum finden werden. Toller neuer Landschaftsbereich mit Gaskamin, Pergola, Gärten und mehreren Sitzbereichen.


    Bitte beachten Sie: Sie müssen mit einem offeneren Raum cool sein. Man hört etwas von einem Schlafzimmer zum anderen.



    Für größere Gruppen stehen ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Queensize-Bett, ein Tagesbett, ein Futon und zwei Sofas zur Verfügung. Ich habe auch eine Deluxe Queen Luftmatratze, wenn Sie es brauchen.

Excellent Stay

Great location in the RINO area of downtown

Aside from being double booked the trip and place was excellent. Renovated auto shop was wonderfully done and large outdoor area to use was a bonus! Definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This is an AMAZING property and Mark is a great host. Was easy to communicate with him before and during our stay. Would highly recommend for large groups and folks who want to be close to RINO. Beautiful indoor and outdoor space.

Great Place Great Location

The property was great for big groups. We had 13 people for a bachelor party and Mark’s place was just as advertised. Plenty of space and the yard was beautiful. The location made it easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go! If you are okay with the open space it is the perfect place to stay.

Great property and location!

We recently stayed at the Urban Loft for a bachelor party and had an excellent time. We had plenty of space, it was close to a lot of cool places, and the outdoor area was great. There isn't a lot of privacy with a large group (it's an open floor plan) but was perfect for our weekend. Would absolutely come back!

Incredible House for small dinner party

We had a small dinner party for the Holidays with about 10 people. I don't think we could have picked a better VRBO. Mark met us on site and gave us the tour and answered any questions we had. The layout of the house was perfect for entertaining and the backyard with fire pit was perfect. Seemed very private. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent Home

Our group had a wonderful stay at this home. Great location in the RiNo neighborhood with plenty to do within walking distance or a short bike/scooter. The home is great for larger groups with plenty of daybeds. Air mattresses are there as well, but some of them leak and could use replacing. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking for your group. Large outdoor space is a nice perk with gas fireplace and lots of seating. Would recommend and would stay again.

Room for improvement

The check-in process did not go well—we were forced to wait nearly an hour (after check-in time) in the yard while VRBO customer service attempted to contact the owner to obtain the lock code for the front door. This “Urban Loft” has an effective air conditioning system, so we were able to cool down quickly after we were able to enter the building, despite temperatures approaching 100 degrees outside. Some other things we enjoyed: steam shower upstairs works well; good water pressure for the shower; street parking was generally available (but sadly no “onsite parking” as stated in the property description); Sonos speakers; AppleTV (although it is a 2010 version). The description also states that there is a “pool/spa massage,”but we found no evidence of that. The location is listed as “city center,” but realistically “city center adjacent” would be more appropriate. Google maps shows the property in the Cole neighborhood.

Needs refreshing/updates

The location is good. Easy access to coffee and a short drive to botanic garden and other venues. The renovated garage home smelled like marijuana every time we went inside. The bathroom towels also smelled like marijuana. The kitchen wasn’t clean. The refrigerators were unclean. The whole place needs a good cleaning. The backyard was uncomfortable. No shade. No functioning lights at night. The large doors that look out to the carriage house need window coverings. At night whoever was in the carriage house could see clearly into the home. Very odd that there were people there and in the airstream. The air conditioner and fans were very loud making it difficult to sleep. The host did leave offer the drinks that were in refrigerator which is nice. Overall wouldn’t stay there again.

Cool convenient loft

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was amazing, great location, perfect house for our little dog traveling with us and the steam shower was amazing! Easy communication with the owner and very accomodating as we needed a later check out. We would definitely stay again!

1 night stay after ski trip/before flight out from DIA

The owner Mark is very easy to communicate with and he very graciously allowed us an early check in which was much needed for two weary and worn out ski exhausted kiddos. The house is extremely comfy, cozy and spacious. We were able to spread out and relax and also get comfy together for a movie night in the den. The kitchen is something a professional chef would be comfortable using and it is generously well supplied with a kind note to share and share alike. It felt like staying at a relative’s house and we really can’t recommend it enough. One perk we were surprised to find was the steam sauna in the upstairs bathroom. It works VERY well! Stay here and have fun!

Great for big groups who are looking to be close to uptown/downtown!!!

This property is exactly as shown and the owner was extremely accommodating!!! He was kind enough to let us check in early and check out late, and although I'm sure that depends on his schedule, he had the ability to do that for us during our trip and I thought it was very thoughtful. He never once had any complaints about our group and was also easily available if we had any questions about where things were located in the house, etc. This was my first vrbo rental and it will be very difficult to top the AWESOME experience!!! The yard is even larger than it appears and you can get to all areas of Denver very easily by taking a short Uber or Lyft. It's perfect for groups of people who want space to spread out, yet want the ability to be able to hear each other from room to room. I came to Denver with a group of girls I haven't been able to take a vacation with since college, and we really enjoyed our stay. Instacart is also available at this location if you'd like groceries delivered. There are also several small breweries very close by that were perfect spots if you're looking to get the local feel. I have nothing but positive remarks about my entire stay and would highly recommend this property :) thanks for everything

The Rebel Outpost Loft

The space is amazing. Indoors you'll find a 2 bdr, 2 bath loft w/ full commercial grade kitchen, stainless steel countertops, audio gear, and a great environment to sit and relax or have some friends over. The outdoors space is incredible as well and left my wife and I chuckling over how fortunate we were. The area has a fire pit, grill, and lounge/seating area for flight crew of an imperial class star cruiser. The location is very accessible. A 10 minute ride will get you to Safeway or Whole Foods, and it was a $5 UberX ride to the downtown/convention center. (The Uber was always there within 5 minutes of the request.) The property owner is great! If you have questions, concerns, comments, or ideas just shoot him a message. My wife and I look forward to staying here again!

Exactly as advertised.

Pictures and overall feel from internet was spot on with what you got while there. Outdoor area was actually bigger than expected with plenty of room to sit and enjoy weather. Owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate/deal with. It's a little to far to walk to downtown area but still close enough that finding a ride is very cheap so location is very convent to do just about anything in greater Denver area.

Cool House

House was awesome and the owner was a cool guy. The only issue we had was we didn't realize the owner stays in a garage about 50 feet from the house. So be aware that you will have the owner of the house staying real close to you.

Excellent Stay Will Stay Again

We had an excellent stay. The place is beautiful and very comfortable. The owner is great and attentive. One of our friends was a chef, so we did have a great time in the kitchen and were able to cook a lot to save up on some money. By the way, that kitchen is decked out with restaurant quality equipment. The outdoor area is perfect to enjoy the gorgeous Denver weather. Will definitely go back.
