It's completely private with its own entrance and keyless check-in, making it an easy, hassle-free spot for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Inside, we’ve mixed sleek modern style with plenty of cozy Mile High charm so you have a quiet, comfy place to recharge.

Every corner of this place was built with two things in mind: looking great and actually making sense to live in. The living room is decked out with sleek, comfy furniture that basically begs you to kick off your shoes and crash after a full day out. Huge windows bring in tons of natural light to keep things bright and airy, plus a few upscale touches to give it that fancy-but-cozy vibe.

Sleep Well

You'll get a killer night's sleep on plush platform king and queen beds wrapped in crisp, super-soft sheets, complete with matching nightstands and plenty of room to unpack and make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood

You really can't beat this location. Being in Clayton gives you the best of both worlds: a chill, neighborhood feel that’s still right in the middle of everything Denver has to offer.

Getting Around: You’re just a few minutes from Downtown, RiNo, The Highlands, and all the best spots in town.

Parks & Attractions: Stretch your legs with a quick walk or drive over to City Park, where you'll find the Denver Zoo and the Museum of Nature & Science.

Eats & Drinks: You're super close to some of Denver's best restaurants, local breweries, and cozy neighborhood coffee shops.

We are happy to waive our extra guest fee for groups greater than 4 if the extra guests are under 18. Just shoot us a message and we can take care of it.

Our family (including young children) lives in the main home above the apartment. We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and kindly ask that you respect reasonable volume levels during these times. We will always do our best to respect your peace and privacy, but please note that you will likely hear the muffled footsteps and playful sounds of children upstairs during daytime hours.
