Bed on the firmer side, but ok. Has full size washer and dryer; ironing board and iron. Roku TV supports miracast wireless streaming. Excellent wifi. „The house is exactly as described and more! I couldn’t believe how many “water toys” came with the house. The mattresses/bedding in every room were very comfortable. We had friends staying on the main part of the lake and the water was really crazy with the holiday weekend at their rental so it was so nice to retreat back to calm waters in the cove! Plenty of space to dock our boat as well. We will definitely rent this house again! “
