Swan River Cottage - Near Beach, Water View, Kayak,

Relax with family and friends at the charming and cozy Swan River Cottage on the banks of the scenic Swan River. This is the perfect place to have fun any time of year. In the summer, go down to the private dock and kayak up to Swan Pond or down to the beaches. Enjoy fishing and look for deer and other wildlife roaming around. Spend time watching the sunset on the water as you sit on the private sightseeing dock.

Perfect for any season, the Swan River Cottage is located in the historic town of Dennis and steps away from the scenic Swan River. The 900 square foot cottage is big enough to accommodate a group of 5 people.

Once you enter the cottage you will see that it is decorated with a clean and crisp beach décor, that transports you to a Cape Cod mindset. In the main living room, there is a large sofa bed, a vintage wood-burning stove, and a TV with streaming essentials. It is the perfect spot to relax in front of the fire during a snowy day or a cool summer night. The cottage is also equipped with Wi-Fi, so you never have to miss a beat online.

Make yourself at home and cook meals using the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains a gas stove and all of your cooking essentials, including pots and pans, utensils, plates, cutlery, and glassware. Once you have eaten your meals, just load up the dishwasher and you’re good to go.

Once you’re ready to call it a night, retire to one of the two cozy bedrooms. In one, you will find a big queen bed and in the other two twin-sized beds. The hosts will provide a set of linens, pillows, and blankets for each bed. If you require more, please let the host know (or provide your own).

Head into the spacious ½ acre backyard and enjoy the beautiful scenery that the Cape has to offer. Spend your time on the deck grilling on the new charcoal grill. Want to simply relax, make a drink and head down to the chairs on the sightseeing deck and watch the sunset descend into the waters of Swan River. Look carefully around as you might see a couple deer and other wildlife grazing the banks of the river. Love to fish, head down to the private dock where you’ll be able to cast your line and see what you can catch. Bring your kayaks and depart from the dock. Spend your time going up the river towards Swan Pond or go down the river towards the ocean and spend time on the beach. (Please no motor vehicles departing from the dock.)

If you ever need clean clothes, please make use of the laundry room, fully equipped with a washer and dryer.
