„The house is clean and the pictures give a true represenation of the situation. Although a washing machine/dryer is mentionend in the description there is a extra charge of 10$ for it. Cameron Lake and Mac Millan Prov. Park are indeed only a few kilometres away (maybe if you walk), but the house is in a gated community and you need in fact 35 km to Cameron lake by car. We did enjoy the stay and recommend the house, but there is something to do around the basics. BTW: If the tenant lives nearby ...

„The b and b is more like an air b and b. No meals prepared bu supplies were there for breakfast. The bed was a double and I would have preferred as queen. The bed was quite firm also. E we’re the first guests this spring and the owners were not quite prepared for us. It was a pleasant stay but could have been better“

„My friend (with infant) and I came to the island to visit and soak up some nature. Our stay in Buckley Bay provided beautiful views of the bay, with frequent visits from the seals and otters. The location, while a little ways outside of the main centres, was only a short drive to get to a cafe, nature walks, and restaurants. The house feels very spacious with large bedrooms and ample sitting space to cozy up with a cup of tea or good book.“

„Das Ferienhaus hat alles gehabt, was man braucht. Eigentlich gab es sogar viel mehr noch, bisher das best ausgestattete Ferienhaus in dem wir waren. Wir in den anderen Kommentaren schon geschrieben ist es nicht alles brandneu, aber es ist eben alles da und man kann direkt am Wasser sitzen.“

„We just stayed for work but it has lots of room, lake access and play area for kids. The house is fully setup and includes everything needed. We had 4 adults staying in each room and were able to park 4 vehicles. Hosts were very quick to respond. Thanks for the stay!“

„The house is designed perfectly for a small family reunion. We celebrated a 90th birthday and it was brilliant. We had dinner parties for 20, using the ample and well-appointed kitchen. It was easy to be all together in the great room, or spread out slightly for smaller conversations on the huge deck or in adjoining tv room.“

„Bereits die Anfahrt war im Dunkeln schon ein Abenteuer. Den Berg hinunter in der Nacht. Alles wie besprochen angetroffen. Dann am ersten Morgen auf die Terrasse. Ein wahnsinns Ausblick auf das Wasser und die Berge im Hintergrund. Unvergesslich!. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut eingerichtet und die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. „I worked all week, and my family came to stay with me. My husband was able to take our grandchildren on endless adventures from Nanaimo to Qualicum, Coombs Parksville and Errington. It is a great location and a perfect family home. The cabin was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable for the family. It is a fantastic vacation home for a family with a great backyard, two bathrooms, and a perfect kids' room. We had a wonderful stay with many memories made.“
