• No parties or events
• No smoking indoors or on property
• Only registered guests allowed (unregistered guests = $25/person)
• This is Florida — you may encounter wildlife (view from a distance)
Violations may result in a $250 fee and removal without refund.
Pet Policy
We love pets — please follow these guidelines:
• Prior approval required before bringing pets
• $100 refundable pet deposit
• Max 2 pets per stay
• No pets on furniture or beds
• Clean up after pets (inside & outside)
• Do not leave pets unattended unless crated
• Aggressive breeds, damage, or excessive barking may result in cancellation
• Additional cleaning fees may apply for heavy pet mess/hair/odor
