„Was pretty ok, a few problems was none of the drawers or cabinets were cleaned in either the bedrooms or kitchen and were really gross inside; there were no extra pillows blankets, or even towels. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super strong so you’d have to be in the same room for it to work at a functional speed. Also the TV was tiny. But I can’t deny the location is pretty insane, right in the center of town where many places are only a 10 +\- minute walk. “

„My stay at Sveltos Residence was truly a home away from home. I wanted a relaxed, comfortable place to unwind—and I got exactly that.
I stayed in the three-bedroom apartment, which was beautifully presented, just beautifully presented. The furniture was high quality and tastefully chosen. One bedroom was ensuite, and every room had its own TV. Everything felt brand new and spotless.

„Die Suite war wunderbar und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der direkte Blick auf das Meer einfach traumhaft. Die Küche ist vegetarisch aber die Frühstücksauswahl sehr lecker.
Etwas sonderbar, dass, wenn man duschen wollte, zwei Stunden vorher der Boiler aktiviert werden muss. Sonst gibt es kein warmes Wasser.
Wir waren im Dezember hier, deshalb kein Baden mehr möglich, aber wenn es wärmer ist, ist es sicher wunderbar.

„Within an easy walking distance from marina and eg the local and intercity bus stations. The apartment was very nice but the area or the building were not so super. No balcony and definitely no view. The neighbours were behaving like monkeys set free but luckily not in the night time. With the apartment I have nothing to complain, all was there, wifi was working and adapters provided. So this it definitely an option for accomodation for the next time also!“

„Can not recommend this apartment enough, great location.Very modern and clean, pool is excellent perfect for a family, couple etc never overcrowded.
Great views from windows and balcony. joe the host bent over backwards for us from the start and end of our holiday to make sure our stay was 100% he helped us when our children shut the door with key in and went out of his way to retrieve an item that was left behind after we had checked out.
He was always at the end of the phone and gave great ...

Communication with the hosts was fantastic and we really felt looked after. The flat was clean and comfortable, easy to access and the hosting team made sure we had everything we could possibly need. "Das Zimmer mit großem Balkon und Meerblick war geräumig und sauber. Das Hotel liegt 5 min vom Strand und auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück war gut, es war alles dabei, Käse, Wurst, Eier, Yoghurt, Kuchen, Marmelade, Müsli. Besonders toll ist die Dachterrasse mit Pool, der auch offen war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel ganz klar weiter. "

"Leider ist hier mehr Schein als Sein. Preisgefüge passt mit Service und Zustand des Hotels nicht zusammen. Liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass hier sehr viele wohlhabende russische Gäste sind, die einfach zahlen ohne etwas zu hinterfragen. Je nachdem welches Personal man erwischt reicht die Spanne von super Service bis sich selber Getränke holen müssen, nachdem man drei mal danach gefragt hat. Dann kommen leider bauliche Themen hinzu, die ärgerlich bzw. wirklich gefährlich sind wie bspw. Pool: Hauptpool wurde vor der Saison getrichen, was dazu führt, dass man blaue Füße bekommt und die Kinder zu, teil komplett blau aus dem Wasser kommen, wenn Sie tauchen. Der Meerwasserpool wurde mit Naturstein (rauh, nicht abgerundet) umrandet und auch die Stufen damit belegt, so dass sich Erwachsene und Kinder ständig verletzen bzw. Kratzer bekommen - wirklich gefährlich! Essen wird teilweise kalt gebracht und viele Informationen (ein kostenloses Essen zum Beispiel für Kinder unter 3 Jahre) bekommt man auch nur nach ein paar Tagen, wenn man die richtige Servicekraft erwischt. Zudem finde ich es ärgerlich, dass mit einem großen Kinderbereich geworben wird, dass leider weg vom Hauptgeschehen/Hauptgebäude ist und wenn das Kind in den KidsClub gehen möchte muss man dafür auch extra bezahlen, je nach alter des Kindes. Das kenne ich so von anderen Hotels nicht, außer für Babysitting. Wir werden wahrscheinlich kein zweites Mal mehr kommen "

"Nun ja, in so einer Gegend darf man sich leider echt nicht viel erwarten. Dennoch wären ein paar Kriterien erwünschenswert gewesen. Duschkopf in der Dusche war undicht. Klimaanlage lässt sich nur über die Rezeption steuern. Im Zimmer roch es verschwitzt wie in einer Turnhalle. Man hört jedes Geräusch am Gang. Alles in allem reicht es für ein Wochenende und um wenig Geld aus."

"This hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star property. Already upon arrival, no one came to open the taxi door or help with our luggage. At the bar, we constantly had to pick up our drinks ourselves, as staff rarely approached us and often seemed unfriendly. Service in general is very poor and the hotel feels understaffed.
Breakfast service was equally disappointing – for example, my husband was told to fetch a Coke at the bar instead of being served at the table, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. On the first day, our room was not cleaned at all, and only after asking in the evening did someone reluctantly take care of it. The bathrooms are superficially clean but clearly need a deep cleaning, especially in the tiles and corners. The hallways are extremely noisy, and even at the pool no one came to take drink orders.
The dinner buffet is another major weakness. Starters and desserts are acceptable, but the main courses are unimaginative, repetitive, and far from the advertised “Mediterranean” or “Italian” theme nights. There is nothing creative or special about the dishes, and overall the buffet feels very disappointing for a 5-star hotel.
The swimming pool area is also in very poor condition. The pool floor is extremely slippery and clearly not properly cleaned – we never saw a cleaning robot in use. Around the sunbeds they occasionally cleaned, but the pool itself remained dirty and unpleasant. There was no staff service at the pool or on the bea"
