House Rules:-
1. A $100 penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest's checkout.
2. Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises.A violation of this Airbnb house rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests without any refund.
3. Strictly no parties or events on the premises.
4. Lost key will incur a $25 fee per missing key.
5. No illegal substances allowed.
6. No eating of foods in the bedroom. Guest will compensate for any food/drink stains in the bedroom.
7. Early check-in and late checkout subject to availability.
8. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face creams, and tanning products will stain or bleach towels/linens. Un- salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest- $20 for each damage.
