Other things to note
House Rules

1. Jacuzzi has room temperature water & is complimentary for 1 hour with your stay. If you want to extend after that it is chargeable at 600/- for half an hour. For drain & refill, 1 hour charges will be applied.
As a bath tub, you can use it for 2-3 hours then the water needs to be drained.

2. A security deposit of Rs. 5000 will be paid at the time of Check-In. This amount is 100% Refundable subject to damage to the property. Any damage caused to the property will lead to forfeiting the security deposit.

3. No loud music will be allowed in after 10:00 pm. Inside the suite, normal sound is not a problem. No DJ SYSTEM or Big speakers is allowed at the property. Only small speakers will be allowed.

4. It’s a residential area & property so please No nuisance in the building’s stairscase & neighbours shouldn’t be disturbed with loud voices.

5. Consumption of any Drugs is not allowed at the property. In case of any hidden consumption the owner will not be responsible.

6. Gambling is illegal and will not be permitted on the property in any form – Cards (Poker/ Teen Patti), Cricket Betting etc.

7. This property shall not be used for any Prostitution activities. The owner is strictly against this and the decision of entry of suspected person will not be allowed.

8. Guests to submit their Government IDs at the time of Check-In. No guests other than the permitted limit will be allowed at the property. In case of increase in the number of Guests, Rs. 500 will be charged per guests.

9. All the guest should take care of their personal belongings. The owner will not be held responsible in case any belonging or valuable item is missing.
