"The hotel is really nice but no air conditioning in any of the rooms. You can rent a fan but I would have thought since there was no A/C and it was really hot during the day the fan would have been provided. The staff tried really hard to communicate in English even though that was not their native language. "

"We started our stay by running late for our check in time but Zeljko was very patient and understanding. The house is fantastic and has been well decorated in a rustic style. We kept finding lots of nice little touches that made the stay more comfortable. It seems the hosts have thought of everything. "Es war sehr schön, die Villa echt toll, der Essplatz, wie in einem Wintergarten, mit einer grandiosen Aussicht! Ein Riesengarten! In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt (für den ganz normalen Haushalt). Es war ja noch frisch, es ist genug Brennholz in der Garage und der Kaminofen ist so toll. Der Pool sieht toll aus, war für uns aber natürlich noch nicht zu benutzen im März. "Wir haben als große Familie (2Kinder, Eltern, Großeltern, Urgroßmütter) eine herrliche Woche in der Villa Luana verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und herrlich in den Weinbergen gelegen. Der Pool mit dem Blick ist natürlich top. Der Garten ist rundherum eingezäunt sodass man auch keine Angst um die lieben Kleinen haben muss. Und auch der Service bei kleineren Problemen war sofort da und immer freundlich. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen hier Urlaub zu machen."
