„I love how close it is to the conference center and you can walk. The lady running the bar at happy hour on May 1st was rude and unfriendly. Not sure why she works in customer service. I don’t like the fact that they charge you to park at the hotel now. Makes no sense whatsoever. You pay to stay period. “

„Very nice hotel. We booked a Queen Suite room and it was very spacious. All the amenities are top rate, I was really shocked at how nice it was to be honest. I brought my daughter to visit Duke, UNC, and Wake Forest, and it was a great home base for that. “

„Only complaint was the pool wasn't open. Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were great! Everything is new and clean. Restaurants are within walking distance.We highly recommend this hotel. “

„Overall good Wish to find a better breakfast“

„Checked in at registration. Grabbed a luggage cart. Turned to proceed out front doors only to find a black snake coming down sidewalk in front of me. Advised husband in car to proceed with caution. Two employees came to our rescue and were alarmed. This was not in their employee manual. Two maintenance employees came to the rescue. Situation was under control but nerves were frazzled by employees!“

„Excellent front desk staff“

„Room was small but adequate. Cleanliness was impeccable. Bed linens were nice but a king bed should have four pillows of the same density. The shower control knob was missing and there was no control to change between overhead and handheld heads. A huge surprise was a charge for parking in the hotel parking lot. I was there less than 12 hours and at the minimum, you are required to pay for 24 hours. Worst of all, this charge was not advertised. We’re told if you don’t pay, you will be ticketed. ...
