Modern remodeled ocean view unit in the Pirates Cove Building. See the sunrise and sunset from your private balcony on the 4th floor. Take a swim in the pool (opening soon!) or splash in the waves just steps away. Beautiful remodeled shower and bathroom. Full modern kitchen with all appliances.

ENTERTAINMENT: 55' Roku smart TV with cable including HBO. Wifi

KITCHENETTE: This remodeled unit features an apartment sized stove and oven, built in microwave and a medium fridge with separate freezer (yay! ice cream!). In the cabinets you'll find all the pots, pans, and dishes you need to stay in and cook (or hit one of the many great restaurants in the area)

PARKING: One parking pass. No trailer or RV parking on site. There is paid trailer parking available nearby. Lifeguard tower right next to the resort.

Close to shopping, restaurants and all the activities that Daytona Beach has to offer. Feeling competitive? Mini-golf is right across the street!

Queen bed and a comfy reclining loveseat so you can stay in for a movie on those rainy Florida days, or a nice cool shower if you got a little too much sun.

House Rules:

- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.
- Any stays over 14 days the building requires a background check which costs $60.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed prior to getting your check-in code.
- Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 25

CHECKING OUT: All we ask upon your departure is clean any dishes you used and take out the trash. Simple!
