Sherwin's location puts you close to some of the best the area has to offer. Less than a block away is Top of Daytona, one of the most upscale restaurants in town, serving creative cuisine with 360 degree views of the city from atop Daytona's tallest building. Directly across the street are Cherry Hill Ice Cream Café and Beachcomber Park, and 3 beachside parks with playgrounds and splash pads are less than a quarter mile away. Just a couple of buildings over, The Shores Resort and Spa offers upscale and casual restaurants along with a full spa that welcomes day guests.

This ground floor condo is tastefully decorated throughout, with TVs, quality linens and beautiful décor in every room. Relax in the living room on comfortable, vibrant furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, with a flat-screen TV, unique theming, a vintage record player and a motorcycle-ended wine bar. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen, then gather around the dining table, which seats 4 with 2 additional bar stools. For added convenience, the condo also includes a private laundry room.

The primary suite features a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a private sliding glass door to the wraparound balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom offers an oversized tub/shower combo and a double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet, with a full bathroom right next door featuring a walk-in shower. With the living room sleeper sofa, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

This condo includes not one, but two private balconies. The first wraps from the living room past the kitchen and around to the primary suite, making it the perfect spot for an evening cocktail while listening to the seagulls and feeling the ocean breeze. The second balcony sits just off the guest bedroom and offers a private garden view retreat. Because this condo sits on the ground level along the side of the building, the main balcony does have a partial view of the ocean, but it is very slight, so we classify this condo as a garden view to give you the most accurate expectations.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during spring and summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday during those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly. Please also note this property has a 14 night minimum stay set by the HOA.

Secure garage parking is included with your stay. If you plan to bring more than one vehicle, please reach out to our agents before booking. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
