BUILDING UPDATE – DISCOUNTED BEACH GETAWAY: Pirates Cove is undergoing building restoration. The 6th-floor walkway has reopened, although additional painting is anticipated and balcony access may be restricted during remaining work. Pools, fitness center and laundry remain CLOSED, with pool reopening anticipated March 2027 (subject to change). Rates are already discounted! Construction typically does not take place on weekends, making this an affordable beach getaway; however, occasional weekend work or access restrictions may occur.
