Catch a glimpse of rocket launches from your balcony. Feast your eyes on bird-packed Pelican island or watch dolphins in the ocean and river from the unit on a lucky day. Inside, you will find understated luxury in appointments and furnishings. Enjoy a day at the beach with white sand at your feet.



Luxury building and unit with three large bedrooms and two baths. Beautifully furnished and offers views of both the ocean and the intracoastal. Enjoy huge decks to watch dolphins play in the ocean or see the boats going up and down the intracoastal.



You will receive your door code for the building and the unit by noon the day of check-in. Garage parking fob will be in the unit for you to retrieve.

We highly recommend a vehicle to get around town



Parking includes one spot in the garage, there is limited guest parking onsite. During major event weeks parking can be difficult for more than one car and you may have to park at at paid lot in town. Please note that the pool area was damaged during the hurricanes and repairs have not been completed. Beach access is on the side of the building.
