The space
Our studio is a Privately Owned 322 sq ft, second floor Studio, which accommodates up to 4 Guests and offers all the conveniences you need for a comfortable and carefree stay.

Key Features:

● 1 king size bed, 1 pull over sofa , TV with streaming capabilities & dresser.

● Kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, portable cook top with pots/pans for meal preparations. Dining table for 2.

● Bathroom has a tub/shower with a detachable shower head & includes all the basic toiletries to get you started.

● We also provide all the linens & towels.

● Take a dip in our beachfront pool or walk barefoot on the sandy shore, the ocean is our backyard.

● Don’t miss the dolphins swimming by in the mornings & the amazing Sunrises!

Guest access
● Pool and direct beach access are open daily from 8:00 AM to sunset with gate code we provide.

● Guests have full access to the pool, common area courtyards and coin laundry.

●We provide 1 parking pass per condo . We request to place Parking pass in car as soon as check in the room.

● No trailer parking is allowed on the property.

*AC/HEAT: Our complex's cooling/heating systems are shared by all units. Each unit has a thermostat that can turn the system ON or OFF.
The Condominium Association controls whether the system is set to cooling or heating mode, depending on the temperatures.
