✅ You will check in at the front desk reception where you will recieves a key fob, instructions sent before arrival

✅ Maximum occupancy of 8 guests must be respected at all times

✅ No smoking of any kind inside the unit or on the balcony 🚭

✅ No pets 🐾 (Resort policy)

✅ No parties, events, or large gatherings

✅ Please treat the resort, amenities, and neighbors with respect

✅ Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (resort-wide policy)

✅ All resort amenity rules and posted signage must be followed

✅ Any resort fines incurred due to guest violations are the guest's responsibility



💳 RESORT FEE: A mandatory $35 resort fee applies to all stays. This grants full access to all Ocean Walk Resort amenities including pools, beach access, gym, playground, arcade, and tiki bar.
