We are pleased to report that the Ocean Walk Resort came through the hurricanes with no major damage, and all amenities, including beach access were not impacted.

Located at the Wyndham Ocean Walk resort, this luxurious vacation lockout condo offers breathtaking oceanfront views with amenities and plenty of activities for both children and adults. An ideal family destination.

Spectacular 5th floor direct oceanfront condominium. Beautiful newly remodeled condo has full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, two washer/dryer units, free high speed Wi-Fi, and many more upgrades. This condo is perfect for a multi-family vacation!

The breathtaking view doesn't stop in the living room or from your large private balcony gazing at the endless ocean, miles of beach, or historic Daytona Beach Bandshell. The primary bedroom en suite with king bed also has an ocean view window. One guest bedroom has 2 double beds and the 3rd oversized bedroom has a queen bed.

For the entire family, this resort is a watery paradise, whether you opt to play in the pools - there are two outdoor heated pools - or run into the waves. There's a water slide and lazy river where kids (and adults) can float lazily along on tubes. One pool includes an interactive, aquatic island playground. Ocean Walk's beach is car-free and kid-friendly.

The resort is right on the sand making quick runs to your room throughout the day easy for snacks or breaks from the sun. You can't ask for a more well-rounded vacation spot! Indoor mini golf, a fitness center, game room and programs for both kids and adults.

Situated next to the famous Daytona Beach bandshell, you can enjoy frequent concerts presented by well-known artists, numerous special events, as well as athletic competitions that continue to make Daytona a popular destination. This condo is way over priced for what you get. Very out dated, roaches in kitchen, very little hot water, TVs didn’t work and heat would not get above 66. We were very disappointed with the amount of money we paid. Also on a bad part of town. Do not recommend!

The location was great as it was right on the beach. We were disappointed that one of the pools and lazy River was closed. But the live music was great. The couch was the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on, but the beds were cozy! Lastly, The photos need to be updated to show that there is a very small bar table and not a kitchen table as it was in the original pictures

We absolutely loved the condo provided by John and Andrea. It was roomy with comfy beds and convenient parking. Communication was wonderful, responsive and informative. Liked the walkable location and amazing view.

I felt dirty the whole stay! This condo has cockroaches roaches. There is mold growing in the bathroom. The family room couch was extremely dirty and uncomfortable. The chairs were falling apart. The beach chairs were broken (3 out of 5). The host was responsive to my requests for hot water and coffee maker. I would not recommend to anyone.

Condo was nice but a little run down. One of the beds sloped to the right making sleeping difficult. The location being so close to public beach access makes the beach too crowded. The limited parking passes is not ideal if you have multiple vehicles.

Wonderful spring break with our children & grandchildren! The Wyndham Ocean Walk is the best, multiple pools including gated baby pool, lazy river, heated pool, slide pool and indoor pool, Something for everyone and best of all located right on the beach. Our VRBO host was EXCELLENT and responded quickly and efficiently to a couple of questions and requests, which we appreciated very much!! We are already planning for a repeat next year!! ❤️

Once again we enjoyed the location and accommodations of The Ocean Walk complex. This was our 3rd year and plan on many more in the future. We have been traveling as a group for over 20 years and this will now be our home base for all of our Daytona 500 speed weeks

Overpriced for the condition of the room. We booked a “premium” room ocean view. Upon entering the room, The smell of Lysol was so strong we couldn’t breathe. The bathrooms had human hair stuck to the walls, one bedroom smelled like human urine, one of the wicker chairs was busted and unusable, the air vents were full of black mold, the oven drawer had dried spaghetti sauce in it, under the TV stand were pieces of balloons, empty water bottles, and about 2 inches of dust and dirt, one of the top safety locks to the door was busted, We were shocked at the condition. Will never stay there again. The property owners are not keeping up with cleanliness and maintenance.

The unit was as listed. We called 2 weeks before booking and arrival to ensure the slide into the pool would be open. The person we spoke to said there were no work orders for the slide, while not a guarantee, it should be open. When we arrived there were signs posted saying the slide was closed for the foreseeable future. This was a big bummer because this is the main reason we choose this resort. At 10 security locks all the gates from the pool to the beach so the only way to get back in from a night walk on the beach after 10 is to go around the building to the front. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was the door frame was busted. We notified the owner immediately and they said they would have someone look at it. The unit was surface clean. Upon walking in it appears clean however there was black mold on the faucet where the water comes out. The cleaner isn’t doing a great job. We cleaned it off. Overall the unit was good.

We have booked this condo twice and each time it has been wonderful. No issues. Beds are comfy. Plenty of cooking items. View is amazing from the balcony. Owners even let us check in a few hours early :)

Check in not 359 at 400. Unit was not properly cleaned found teeth on sink (not dentures) security around pool was rude with family members. The unit itself was nice and meet our needs. The door to balcony is difficult to open. Go get in line for pool deck access at 0645. Deck opens at 0700 and is full by 0730. Prices for everything at the resort expensive because it is a resort. Not sure if I would return but the beach was easily accessible as well as shops and restaurants. Bring money and lots of patience.

Overall not bad this unit as opposed to the two bedroom last year was more run down. The air conditioning stopped on our last night while we were out for a few hours and no air conditioning in June in Florida is a no go. We only needed a battery but it took quite some time to get it fixed which was a little frustrating.

This condo was perfect for our mini family reunion! It was equipped with the basics of what we needed to make home cooked meals but the bar down by the pool and the Starbucks in the downstairs lobby gave us yummy options close by when we didn’t feel like cooking. It is also a great location that you can quickly and easily walk down to the boardwalk area for ice cream and just next store there are lots of shops and some food options to try as well. The view is gorgeous! We mixed it up between time at the beach, which is such a short walk from the condo that we went back to the room for lunch everyday, to spending time by the pool (indoor and outdoor) to floating around the lazy river. Such a great place to relax!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! We loved the property and it was so convenient to everything! We had a small issue with a strange smell (old water in a washer) when we arrived and maintenance came and addressed it so quickly and ensured it was taken care of and everything was cleaned appropriately!

This was an excellent place to stay. Everything is right there for you. Only complaint is the floors were VERY dirty!! We had a crawling infant and the tops of her feet were completely black. She crawled from the door to the balcony and her feet were filthy as well as the bottoms of ours. We washed the floor and it was some what better. We will be back and try to get the same unit. Loved it!!! Excellent view!

We have been to many units and the view and location was awesome, but there were definitely things lacking in the unit. Thank god we had read the previous reviews. We rented a place with a kitchen so we could use the kitchen. There wasn't a single frying pan and the rest of the pans (which were few) were very worn. When I asked at the desk about towels for the pool they said they were in the unit. Only white bath towels were there. The air conditioners were not working properly. We did call and someone came up. One worked the rest of the trip but the other we had to keep resetting. My kids and their families flew from Michigan and so that in itself made our trip wonderful and the amenities were great, just needs some work on the unit.

Resort was great. Cleanliness of unit not so good - tub has "dust bunnies", couch covered with crumbs - walking bearfoot made feet black, had to wash before putting shoes on. Supplies in condo very basic - no skillet, few pots and pans, limited laundry and dishwasher soap, a floor lamp did not work, only one bedside lamp in master bedroom, only one towel in kitchen, impractical sinks in master bath.
