„Loved being so close to forrest. Problem with that is debris in gutters, on veranda etc which is concerning when a fire was burning in the district. Water pressure in the shower could be better but not problem enough to stop showering unless you had kiddies. Then not being able to add cold water to the hot could be a problem.“
