„Overall house was great. Beautiful location on the Suwanee river. Right down road from Royal springs. We stayed in home for two nights, 6 kids and 4 adults. Very conformable house. Kitchen needs more (pots pans etc.)to accommodate making a meal there but we made due. Thanks for allowing us to stay in the great place. . “

„The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again.“

„Ez to navigate to. The Spring"S are a short ride troy,peacock,convict spring was very nice plenty of space not at all busy. We did cook an guests had any thing u needed to cook with we did get take out from a place in Branford called 0ur place pizzeria ate left overs for 2days awesome . An that was just 1st day loved it can't wait togo back“

„First pulling up on the property I was ready for a relaxing weekend. The 3rd floor porch was an outstanding spot to look over the river. The dock brings you right into the water. When you are looking at the house from the dock it looks like an estate. The neighbors were nice and helped with directions and closest stores. I recommend to get everything needed on the way in. “

„Property exactly as advertised. Well maintained and a beautiful park like setting. Property Manager top notch. Our dogs were in heaven. The one thing I would improve is the master shower - it's similar to a cruise ship shower and very tight. I would stay here again. Terrific owner.“

„This is a unique property. Super comfortable and spacious. The house is well equipped and super homie. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable. The surroundings are spectacular. It was hard to believe I was in Florida, it looked more like a nice place in North Carolina. We did not spend a lot time as we would have liked, but we did enjoy the place and I will return anytime. “

„We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with some nature time. We had a lovely stay. The owner was very upfront about damage from a hurricane so I knew I should expect it. There were downed trees and remnants of what looked to be a forest fire. The view on the dock was priceless! The two kids rooms were a bit warm.“

„It’s hard to write this review because the hosts were wonderful and the chickens and horses were fun. I knew that it was going to be cold, but I would not have booked the room knowing there was a space heater which can be a fire hazard. I also think it was very overpriced. We were in a pinch so had no real choice. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again. “
