„Balcony door would not lock due to lock falling out! Expensive food and manual addition for billing. Poor pool hours. No lifts. Security staff asleep. One roll of toilet paper and no reserves. This is a cheap 1980s Spanish hotel at best. I will never return. “

„I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. „Purely amazing. Amazing and beautiful location, beautiful property. Concierge staff, pool bar staff, beach bar staff, breakfast team, housekeeping staff - all on another level of friendliness and courtesy. Struggled to find a flaw in any part of our stay. Direkt nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine E Mail vom Hotel ob wir Wünsche oder Besonderheiten hätten. Da meine Frau Glutenfrei Essen muss gaben wir das an.
