„This lovely cabin is in a great location for exploring the area. The view from the porch is amazing. Kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of pots, a Keurig, lots of dishes. It is nicely furnished. We loved the hot tub and the pool table for nice relaxing evenings with the family. The road up to the cabin is a little harrowing the first time you go up. “

We had a concern with the temperature of the water, messaged the information of what we were experiencing. Prompt responses back to us, and on a Saturday of the Labor Day weekend, there was another hot tub delivered and installed. We were up and running for that evening. It was a good getaway.“

„We were in Blue Ridge for a family reunion and this cabin was perfect for our family of 11. Plenty of room, especially the large dining room table where we were all able to eat together for each meal. The views are breathtaking and plenty of seating in the deck! Our host was very responsive to messages. We will stay there again if the cabin is available!! “

„This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen was a nice addition and helpful for those doing meal prep. There are lot of local hikes and if course there is the river for tubing. We can’t ...

We wanted to feel like we were in the woods in a tree house, and when you're on the beautiful back porch you feel alone in the woods! It's very peaceful, well-kept, and Melody was very helpful and responsive. We also loved that it was dog friendly! We definitely recommend staying at this place if you want a lovely peaceful escape“

„Clean with a breath taking view!We enjoyed our stay very much and host was quick to respond we had issue checking in because wrong code was given.It is very hard to find it so follow instructions given.There was some damage from prior guests that included no hammock, broken drawers and shelves in fridge, scratches on doors.“
