„This is a mixed review. From the pictures given on expedia you are expecting a large hotel. It is not, it is a terraced house with multiple rooms in a run down area but having said that, the host was lovely, the property although needs work, is clean and tidy and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the tea/coffee and biscuits were a very nice addition. It has a large smart TV which has a great reception. I was pleasantly surprised“

„Alles in Ordnung 👍“

„Nice room and straightforward checking in. Good value if you are on a budget. Small bedroom and bathroom but good well equipped shared kitchen with all facilities including washing machine with line and pegs outside if needed.“

„Check in supposed to be 4pm and still trying to contact landlord at 4.30pm to gain access. Smoke detector off wall and sat on stairs, leaky radiator with a glass under to catch drips, damaged flooring. Dirty throughout. Not good.“

„We were on the Cleveland Way and Head a very nice stay at this Hotel just a few minutes away from Guisborough. The Hotel has a traditional Charme of the Victorian Era and lies in a wonderful Park“

„Great staff“

„Quirky rooms but very unclean, tv was like watching a tv from 2010 terrible quality.“

„Great breakfast!“
