At the front of the home, you’ll find a second living area with an L-shaped sofa and an additional dining table to accommodate all guests, giving everyone extra space to relax and unwind, or enjoy gathering for shared dining experiences.

The villa features a downstairs queen bedroom with convenient access to the pool dedicated full bathroom. The master bedroom is located at the top of the stairs with double doors that lead you through to a huge king bedroom and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual sinks and a colossal walk-in closet! The other two bedrooms are at the end of the hallway with a shared full bathroom, also adjacent to the laundry room with washer and dryer.

All coastal designed bedrooms include a wall-mounted TV, blackout shades, great storage and hotel-quality linens and home comforts.
