Ridgewood Lakes ist eine wunderschöne Golfplatzgemeinde mit einem 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst am Gate, 30 Minuten von Disney entfernt.

Unser Haus ist ein neu eingerichtetes, einstöckiges Haus mit einem offenen Grundriss, in dem Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen werden.

Die Schlafzimmer bestehen aus: Zimmer Nr. 1 Eine Kingsize-Suite mit eigenem Hauptbad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Fernseher. Zimmer Nr. 2 ist ein Queen-Zimmer. Raum # 3 ist ein voller Raum. Zimmer Nr. 4 verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten.

Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und bietet bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten sowie einen 55-Zoll-Fernseher mit Blick auf den Poolbereich.

Unsere Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einer Keurig Kaffeemaschine sowie einer normalen Kaffeekanne, Mixer, Töpfen und Pfannen, Geschirrspüler, Besteck, Weingläsern, viel Geschirr, Salatschleuder, Toaster, Messern usw. usw. usw. ..
Die Küche hat auch eine Essecke für vier Personen. Unser Essbereich bietet Platz für sechs Personen

Der Pool wurde ebenfalls erneuert und ist komplett mit Sitzgelegenheiten für 8 Personen ausgestattet.

Great time in Davenport

The House ist located in a gated Community. Nice neighborhoud. Downtown Orlando with Universal Studios was easy to reach. Also the beaches at the golf of Mexico like Clearwater Beach or Cocoa Beach at the Atlantic Ocean. We travelled as a family with 4 Adults and 4 children. We enjoied the pool and the playroom in the garage. The House was clean and the aircondition worked very well. The communication to Arcadio was very good.

It’s was a great home just as advertised..I will say as had to keep capturing and releasing lizards from inside of the home…..we was barely there but when we was no door was left open so the lizards are actually finding another way in the home.

Great Location, Wonderful Pool

The location is fantastic! Real close to all kinds of parks, golf & lots of other activities! The swimming pool is larger than most and is kept very clean! The kitchen is supplied with all kinds of dishes, pots, pans & baking pans. The host is easy to contact and to work with. We would definitely stay there again!!!!

Awesome host

Great location. Felt safe in the gated community. The host was awesome. Very responsive. Our booking was during hurricane Milton and we chose to leave Orlando until the hurricane passed. Our host offered to extend our stay at no extra charge. The house is spacious and pool is nice. The house could use a good cleaning and a fresh paint. But we really enjoyed our stay here!

The property is very spacious and the pool area is lovely although very exposed as there isn’t a privacy fence, this allows all passers by to see you sunbathing. The check in process was very smooth and all communication was prompt. The villa is well equipped with everything you may need although the bath towels are very very small. Some parts of the villa could do with modernising, such as the bathroom and shower room. We enjoyed our stay and had a lovely holiday

Excellent property with a pool unfortunately the light in the pool didnt work which meant swimming in the dark in the evenings. apart from that everything was fine, the only down side was the distance from the theme parks. Driving on the I4 was difficult due to the volume of traffic

Super séjour !!!

Tout a été parfait lors de ce séjour. La maison est super propre, et tel que décrit sur le site. M. Arcadio a été toujours d'une disponibilité exemplaire. Il a réglé en quelques minutes, tous les petits soucis qui se sont posé lors de notre séjour. Seul petit tracas...les sites de Walt Disney sont tous à une distance raisonnable de la maison...mais le temps pour y rendre, à cause du traffic, est plutôt long. Un gros merci, M. Arcadio.

Excellent Value

The house fit us well and we felt safe being in a gate community. The neighbors were friendly and the gate check in was easy. The appliances need updating and the kitchen wasn’t well stocked but had bare essentials. We had to buy a thing or two. We thought there should’ve been a few more towels to go around but made do with what we had. The pool was nice and we are glad we paid extra to have it heated. Not sure if I missed it not being heated in the listing or not but it all worked out. Only one bed in the house was comfortable but that’s typically how it goes on house rentals. If we are ever in the area again I will definitely see if this house is available to rent again.

Love this place in Davenport

Other than a slight glitch in checkin, that was not the owners fault, our stay was fantastic. We used this as a base camp while we access different college baseball events in the area. Great location for us. Quiet neighborhood. We've stayed at three locations in Davenport. This is our fav. We'll be back. And will look forward to it.

Great location.

Keep in mind this is Florida and sand ants were apparently in season. It was annoying but owner called and was able to get first available Pest control svs appt. You need to bring your own supplies for washing dishes and/or dishwasher tabs, laundry, and toiletries. Salt/Pepper provided but no other seasonings or staple items. We knew most of that up front so it wasn't an issue for us. They use a housekeeping svs -several things were missed which owner planned to address so that doesn't happen again. Location was perfect and quiet. Pool was great.

Great Stay

They layout is perfect for families with plenty of room and is in a nice gated neighborhood. Checking in and out was simple and a breeze. Clean house and the pool is amazing and very spacious along with the deck area. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Arcadio!

As advertised

Nice house in good condition. Had an issue with towels but the PM took care of it the next day. In most VRBOs weve stayed at over the years there is usually dish and laundry soap at the property along with plenty of the basic kitchen seasoning items. In this case we had to buy everything. Literally nothing but salt and pepper. Just prepare for that situation if you book at this house. Only reason we didint give it a 5 star.

May be good for short stay

This property is good for short stay but we booked it for three months, we were given total of 8 bath towels 4 hand towels and 4 face cloths for 4 adults. We requested more and were told that is what they supplied. Needs a few more supples for long term stays.The pictures of the back patio must be from many years ago. The picture showed table with umbrella and matching chairs and two nice loungers. There were no loungers old table old chairs plastic mismatched and cracked.since we planned to spend lots of time by the pool we contacted owner and he did send us plastic loungers which were hard and uncomfortable not like ones in picture. An earlier review had said the bbq was dirty and it was still dirty it was not fit to use. We bought our own chairs to use on patio and more towels. I am sure if you were only staying only a couple of days it would be fine. House is nice and area is nice.
