Pool & Spa Charges and Information:

* All guests have to be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed in the resort.
* ALL guests over the age of 18, must provide identification (license, passport, school id, etc).​​​​​​​
* No stays over 30 nights allowed per HOA

Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars (including visitors)

Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk
