„A great holiday apartment. Security guards at the entrance, 7th floor not too high, laundry facilities downstairs next to the garage, very good bed, nice layout, large refrigerator, a proper dining table, hot water, lots of little things like drinking water, soap, toothbrush...and a friendly, helpful owner.“

„The condo unit is good; clean room. The unit however needs hand towel and floor mat in the shower room. The host is easy to communicate with; she responds quickly. Great location with plenty of food houses and restaurants. Laundry services available outside the lobby.“

„Our overall stay in Davao was superb, we were near SM Mall just few steps from our accomodation. Host Wena was nice and accomodating to our needs. Downside of our accomodation being called as “Modern” the A/C or aircon needs upgrading to split type, it was not cold at all. Some furnitures need upgrading too like the table in the bathroom was dilapidated already. “

„The property was what should be expected for the price. Overall the room was nice, the pool was nice, security was abundantly present. The only thing I could be negative about would be the over priced parking. If you are not driving then a good area to explore. As a side note I did get the best haircut I have ever had across the street. “
