„This hotel is much better than the condos downtown. The staff were so helpful and sweet. I stayed at one resort on Samal and one tower. The aircon and cleanliness at YellowPad is superior. Good job staff!“

The TV didn’t work, there was no WiFi (router connected but no internet), the bed was broken, hot water in the shower was inconsistent (scalding to cold cycling every 30 seconds) and the elevators slow. There are only two elevators in a large tower and to go up or down involved a long wait and many stops. That got tedious. “

„Great experiance here. It is a large house in a gated residential neighborhood; sort of like a Bed and Breakfast crossed with an international travelers hostel. I met people from four different countries. Food is very European and atmosphere was welcoming. The owners are very nice and everything worked. I will be returning for the food alone.“
