Parking: Designated space in Jawbones car park which is approximately 10 minutes walk away, but does involve steep hills. Unloading is possible outside the property
Family facilities: Travel cot available on request
Pets: 1 dog allowed
General: Electricity and gas heating included in rent.
Important notes: No smoking. Wifi provided. Welcome pack provided. No telephone, but mobile reception good.
Please note this property is not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to the hills leading down to Dartmouth town centre or up to the designated parking space.
