„Wir haben 3 Nächte hier verbracht und uns dabei die Küste und das dartmoor angesehen. Das cottage ist ein Eckgebäude in einem ziemlich engen Wohnviertel. (War im Dunkeln trotz navi schwer zu finden weil man auf das haus nicht zufährt. Parkmöglichkeiten vorm Haus nur mit Glück, aber in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus hat unten 2 relativ kleine Schlafzimmer und ein schönes neues Bad. Oben gibt es eine große Wohnküche mit entferntem Meerblick“

„This is a perfect little place to spend some time with what can only be described as one of the best views in the country. Watching the river wake up each morning and the twinkling of Dartmouth at night with a sound track of tawny owls and the toot of a steam train, this is a holiday for the senses. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the location is well serviced. Worth the little walk to park your car up the hill and not have to pay a penny and if your legs can take ...

„The house really is as lovely as it looks in photos. It is small but perfectly sufficient for two people. The property is situated on a quiet street with many lovely independent shops, cafés and pubs nearby. Our host was also very friendly and helpful through the booking and check in process. We would happily stay again! “
