Area is known as Regent Estate/Mikocheni near the American embassy.
The space
Spacious apartment with 2 huge bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms, dhow furniture, modern kitchen and bathroom. Parking is included and transportation to and from the airport can be arranged for a separate fee. Fully secured compound with remote gate, perimeter cameras throughout the compound, smart lock for entrance and free parking. Area is peaceful and secluded yet close to all the amenities and fun places.
Guest access
Smart lock for self check in (code will be sent after confirmation) and remote gated entrance (you will get the remote key after check in). Parking is included . local transportation can be arranged for the adventurous boda boda (motorcycle) transportation is available.
Other things to note
You will be provided with 50 units of electricity after that you will have to purchase your own units at any local store. We can assist with the purchase of more units if needed. Please note that the use of AC will drastically increase the use of electricity.
