„I was so tired when I got to the hotel, the staff was kind and nice to talk to while checking in. My room was clean and comfortable. However, I was in pain from hours in the car driving in off and on rain, plus construction congestion. I woke up with a migraine and was allowed to stay an extra hour to get rid of it for which I was extremely grateful for. If I ever make this road trip again I would happily stay here again!!!“

„Sehr kleines Zimmer, alte Einrichtung. Vorhang hing kaputt runter. Türen gingen nur mit Kraft zu, sodass es immer Laut war wenn Gäste ihre Türen schließen. Das Restaurant war kalt und lieblos eingerichtet. Wobei es viel Potential hat. Der Service im Restaurant war dafür sehr freundlich. Das beste war die spontane Livemusik. Die Gruppe hat super gespielt und gesungen. “

„In die Jahre gekommene Hemlock Lodge mitten im State Park. Am Hang gelegen und mitten im Wald, viele Vögel und Eichhörnchen aber wenig Blick. Gute Betten aber Möbiliar und Badezimmer sind alt zuweisen zahlreiche Gebrauchspuren auf. Alle Zimmer haben großen Balkon. Leider nicht allzu sauber. Im angeschlossen Restaurant gab es sowohl morgens als auch abends Buffet. Preiswert aber auch nur allenfalls durchschnittlich gut. Die Natural Bridge kann man zu Fuß in einer 3/4 Stunde erreichen. „I cannot express enough how amazing the staff was at this Best Western!! I had been in an accident and found myself stranded. Upon check-in, Jill and Brittany were very kind and helpful. The next morning Shelby was also kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with even fresh fruit being offered. The location was clean and well maintained, with AMAZING air conditioning. Which was essential during this heat wave. If I ever find myself in Morehead, KY I will definitely stay there again!!“

„Room was clean. Breakfast was light but good. Beds were more on the firm side. Property doesn't have much to do onsite, a fire pit and hot tub would be great additions for a little retreat. Looks like they may be adding to the property as there was the start of a pond dug out. I'd love to see more things to do onsite in the future! I would recommend a light in the parking area for late night arrivals/returns. Quiet retreat.“
