„We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help. „Excellent experience with this property and management! We had a slight hiccup with the door code but Sean came to the rescue immediately and got us squared away. This place is in prime location just across the road from the Wax Museum but far enough from the highway that we did not have to hear all the traffic at all hours!
