Upstairs, discover a loft with two full-size beds and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. With additional sleeping options, this beachfront home comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

Please note that construction may occur at the neighboring property this fall 2026, which could result in intermittent daytime noise and activity. The schedule and duration are outside of our control. This notice is provided in advance so guests can plan accordingly.

The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age in accordance with applicable city regulations. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the time of booking to verify the booking guest’s age.

Please refer to our rental contract under house rules for our cancellation policy. Guest is REQUIRED to sign our rental contract prior to receiving access to the house.

Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per reservation. Passes cannot be rotated or exchanged. All vehicles beyond this limit must be parked outside the community

We have a VERY strict NO PET POLICY. No pets permitted on or about the property at any time. Please do not inquire if you are bringing an animal. No exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a noise ordinance from surrounding neighbors after 9pm. If you are looking for a party house, unfortunately this would not be the right fit.

Additional Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee of $350 will be charged to Guest for excess sand brought into the house. Guests are asked to wash their feet and feet of children before entry into the home. Sand found on furniture or in beds will result in the additional $350 cleaning fee. White towels and linens are not to be used to remove make-up or for cleaning greasy, bloody or dirty objects. A $25/towel and $55/sheet cleaning fee will be assessed for damage to towels and linens.

IMPORTANT: Minors and teenagers may not be left unattended in the home at any time. A registered adult guest must be present whenever minors and teenagers are at the property.
