„Great location, close to everything I wanted to do. Grocery store and restaurants near by.. state parks and preserves to walk. Condo was clean and comfortable,with easy access. Nice balcony looking out over the green space in the back. Great place to have coffee in the morning - I even saw a deer one morning!“

„We had an wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend with our family! The house was very clean, beautifully appointed, and it felt like we were floating on the water all weekend! The views were breathtaking! We felt so at home and Kristin was so responsive and accommodating. We had such a hard time leaving and can’t wait to go back next summer for a longer stay! What a magical spot. It was a perfect family getaway! “

„As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night. Otherwise, a pleasant old place. “

„The owner was very helpful. Showed us around the property and texted us about trails and places to visit in the area. No noise was heard from upstairs. The couch was hard to get up from and the blowing tarp outside made noise, but it was a delightful stay and only 10 minutes from everything we wanted to visit!“

„Riverwatch is a wonderful home near the Maine Botanical Gardens. We stay in Boothbay often and this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. „We enjoyed the stay in this beautiful town of Boothbay Harbour very much. Everything was close and reachable by foot. Apartment was clean and everything was there (shampoo, towels, soap etc). One minor disadvantage was, that it wasn't possible to darken the bedrooms properly.“

„This is our second stay at Wendy and Jim’s place. Once again it didn’t disappoint. The place is beautiful, quiet, and has everything you need. We enjoyed as much time by the water as we could taking in the Eagles, loons and the occasional seagull communal bath!! „We had fabulous 4 days in Boothbay , visiting beautiful Penaquid , Southport Island, boat cruise, morning coffee near the water, and delicious food at Waves. Fun to look in different shops too. Bed was comfortable, nice readinbathroom was clean but right in bedroom with curtain but no door. That was a negative. Driveway was very steep for climbing and awkward parking space for unloading which was a challenge for 70 yr olds. Good kitchen area and sunny living room. Rivate and semi detached. “
