Those considering the property should know that the two bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. Beds were comfortable and both rooms had ample space. Instructions for tv use and streaming services were clear and easy to find. Neighborhood is a bit rundown but we did not feel at all unsafe.“

„Property was just as described. We had everything we needed. The carport was a big bonus for us because it was raining heavily throughout our stay, and we appreciated staying dry while loading/unloading our vehicle. Owner responds quickly to questions. Location was great for us Decatur natives with proximity to grocery stores, big box stores, restaurants, parks and banks. It was even close to the funeral home we were using. Neighborhood was quiet. HVAC system and water heating were also great.“

„We enjoyed the stay so much. There were a few hiccups, and due to the heat the house could greatly benefit from upgraded AC but we would definitely come stay again. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and we were close to everything we needed. “

„We had a great stay! Came for a relaxing weekend and family get together. Everything was very clean and orderly. Plenty of kitchen gadgets and supplies along with towels and linens. The beds weren’t the comfiest to sleep on but they served their purpose. We enjoyed playing in the game room and relaxing in the hot tub. The sunroom was used very often as well and gave a nice place to grab some family pictures.“

The house and property was very pleasant and welcoming. Just enough room to be there comfortably. Everything we needed was there for us so we were great!
