„We were staying in N. Adams for an event at MassMOCA. This property was in walking distance. The STEEP hill on the way home provided some nice exercise. This property is in a neighborhood that consists almost exclusively of houses that either need a great deal of care or that are currently being renovated. This place is the former. We were lucky enough to be there when the summer weather wasn't hot. As such were happy to not feel the need to run the AC. Unfortunatley our neighbors were loud and we ...

„Great location. Up to date amenities in the kitchen and bath. Nice common area. The kids room had bunks as described. Communication with the host was good. It’s a cute place. A few things to note that affected my enjoyment. There are missing curtains/blinds in the common area where the pull out couch is located. You will not have privacy from surrounding buildings and condos seeing in your windows or the sun waking you up at 7am. There is NOT a King size bed in the master. It’s a double bed and ...

„I chose this place at the very last minute. It was all that I expected and wanted and more: two bedrooms with three beds, a comfortable living space, two full bathrooms, kitchen with all the basic necessities, TV in each bedroom and in the living room, a dining table and chairs, an outside porch with table, a big open space, and grill, easy parking and access, quiet, .and access to two pools. The place was well tended: clean, with towels and extras blankets ready. Howard, the owner, checked on ...

„Nice property in a beautiful location adjacent to Jiminy Creek mountain resort. Very nice restaurant, bar and convenience store and breakfast/sandwich shop on site. Host was attentive and helpful. There were a number of water-related "gadgets" in the room. We couldn't figure out how any of them worked. But the massage chair worked well and we enjoyed that thoroughly! Overall very nice and i would stay there again.“

„Great location and property. thank you“

„This was a great stay. Howard is an extremely attentive host. He responded to my emails immediately.“

„When we entered the room, there was a very bad smell of stale air, dust, and dampness. Many areas were dusty, and the kitchen utensils were incredibly dirty—we couldn’t even touch them. The bathroom was old, the water pressure was very low, and the sink was clogged. The bed was uncomfortable, with one side sunken in. The sheets and pillows did not seem to have been washed, and the duvet was thrown inside the closet. We could not spend any time in the room at all and only came back to sleep.“

„Coziest, most welcoming place we have ever stayed. Beds were comfy, couch perfect for movie watching by the fireplace! Playing Ms. Pac-Man was such a blast from the past. All the little extras, from the toiletries to the s’mores supplies made our stay unforgettable. Jacob (our dog) loved watching the animals from the window and walking the Corkscrew Rail Trail. Dillon provided the best recommendations for food and fun. Norte Azul is an absolute must. The crispy chicken empanadas was amazing. ...

„Great place with easy access to town and even better access to a nice spot to hangout by the creek. I will definitely stay here again.“
