Booking Requirements & Policies

Verification & Security Deposit
Guests must complete ID verification and sign the rental agreement after booking. A temporary $500 security hold will be placed on your card and released within 5 days after checkout, provided no damages occur.

Utilities
Utilities are included. For stays of 30+ nights, coverage is up to $300/month; any excess will be billed to the guest.

Cleaning
For long stays, mandatory cleanings occur every four weeks. Additional cleanings can be arranged upon request.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. A secure outdoor area is available for them on the other side of the home.

Cancellation Policy
A 3% payment processing fee will be deducted from refunds to cover processing costs.
