  • Welcome to DISTRICT LOFTS DALLAS - Stay in the heart of Downtown Dallas for the 2026 World Cup. Celebrate the energy of The FIFA cup in the city, walk to top bars and restaurants, then enjoy an easy 20-minute ride to the AT& T stadium—without the congestion, parking stress, or post-game traffic. Just a 5-min walk to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Conv Center. Enjoy free valet parking, gym and pool. With convenient amenities and a unique bedroom layout - the whole group will enjoy the central location!

    Guests have access to all parts of the building. Have fun!!

    The pool is open until 10pm

    The downstairs amenities such as the art room, music room, theater, game room, lounge, are open 8am until 4pm.

    We also have private working/desk spaces which are open until 4pm daily and do not require a reservation. They are first come, first served but there are plenty available.

    There also is a Vending Machine room on the 2nd floor not far from our unit where you can buy drinks, snacks, and even some more substantial meals for the microwave.

    ✔Please do not attempt to open the owners closet or kitchen cabinet, they have locks on them and are not for guest access.
