The space
This modern farmhouse-inspired property is located in the trendy Trinity Grove neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Dallas. From the moment you arrive, you'll be impressed by the beautiful exterior, featuring a blend of modern and farmhouse elements.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and airy living area, complete with comfortable seating and tasteful decor. The large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a delicious meal, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious pantry.

The three plush bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort, with high-quality linens and plenty of space to relax. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower with a soaking tub. The other two bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and two double beds respectively and have easy access to the second bathroom.
