Gehen Sie zu Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften in der belebten Henderson Street. Hören Sie Live-Musik im berühmten unteren Greenville, kaufen Sie im nahegelegenen Highland Village ein oder besuchen Sie Museen und Kultur in der Innenstadt. In der Nähe von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, dem Flughafen, dem Stadtzentrum und familienfreundlichen Aktivitäten.

Sie werden die Lage lieben! Genießen Sie den Außenbereich von oder den privaten Innenhof - grillen, chillen und genießen Sie die texanische Luft. Unser Platz ist gut für Paare, Familien (mit Kindern) und große Gruppen.

Das Anwesen ist ein großes 3-stöckiges, 2800 Quadratmeter großes Haus mit 3 großen Schlafzimmern und 3. 5 Bädern. Master Suite mit Kingsize-Bett, zwei begehbaren Kleiderschränken und Vollbad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist eine Suite mit einem freundlichen Bett und einer Badewanne. Das dritte Schlafzimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad für Personen, die nicht die Treppe benutzen möchten.

Die zweite Etage ist der Wohnbereich. Große Küche, komplett ausgestattet für die Gäste. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über zwei 3-Sitzer-Sofas, von denen eines ein Queensize-Bett ist. Esstisch und Barplätze für die Gäste. Der 4. Schlafbereich verfügt über ein Tagesbett, das in zwei große Matratzen in einem großen Arbeitsbereich umgewandelt wird.

Das Anwesen verfügt über 3 Smart-TVs und ist mit direktem TV und WLAN ausgestattet. Bietet außerdem mehrere Balkone, an denen Sie frische Luft tanken können. Die Gäste können in der Garage oder auf der Auffahrt parken. Viele Parkplätze an der Straße.

Für größere Gruppen ist das angrenzende Grundstück (5100 Mission) auch VRBO # 919759 verfügbar. Diese Einheit ist das gleiche Layout wie die hier aufgeführten nur ein extra Schlafzimmer und eine große Terrasse vor der Küche. Kombiniert können Sie 22 Personen in den Eigenschaften schlafen.

Perfect location

My friends and I came down for St. Patrick’s Day the location was perfect for where we needed to be. The house was beautiful. The only thing was the light switches were a little wobbly but overall the house is beautiful.

Worked well for my spouse, 2 young adult sons, and me. We all slept very well. If I had my elderly parents with me, it would have been a problem as the house is divided into 3 levels by lengthy stairs. While there is a bed/bath on the first floor, the kitchen/living area is on the 2nd floor. And then the other 2 bed/baths located on the 3rd floor. Just know: it’s a lot of stairs. The property is located near a city park and an easy walk to a nail salon and other shops. Host was gracious and quick to respond. I’d stay here again.

Thanksgiving Home Away from Home

the home had a well equipped kitchen which was critical as I was preparing the holiday meal! The location is right aroubnd the corner from a large park, where we took our dog on many walks. The accommodations are comfortable and spacious. I would stay at this property on a future visit to Dallas.

The property is conveniently located in East Dallas. Walkable to several restaurants and bars. Neighbors walked freely with animals indicating a reasonably safe error. Townhouse looked really nice and modern. We were unable to use the refrigerator. It did not cool for our entire stay. The dryer stopped heating 3 days prior to our check out. We had to do some extra cleaning in the bedroom on the lower level and underneath the pull out bed on the 2nd level. Communication with the property manager was frequent, but action to resolve the issue (specifically the refrigerator) were unsolved. I would recommend the property, but check all appliances to ensure they are operable early on into your stay. Also, there was no grill as listed. So, we had to come up with alternative plans to barbeque.

Traveling for Market

The location was easy and convenient for us to get to and from Dallas market however, the A/C at night was not controllable for us to turn the air down. It would stay at 72 and you couldn’t turn it down (even though they said you could!) When asked about it they tried to send me a copy of the rules saying it had to stay at 72 when the previous agreement said 70! Beds are not comfortable but probably wouldn’t have noticed if we could have slept cool at night! For the price they charged - it was crap!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE ON VRBO

First of all, this guy is concerned about nothing but getting a dollar. He can care less if your satisfied! When arriving a day late because of flight cancellation and driving 12 hours because of the winter storm. He showed no remorse! Wwlking in the door I complained and he asked if I wanted to be moved to another property but with him being the owner and using the same cleaners I said what would be the point. We couldn’t find another place near by because we were in town for a cheerleading competition that hosted 65k cheerleaders. The place was disgustingly filthy. The baseboards has NEVER BEEN CLEANED!!! The ceiling fans didn’t work. The heat was non existent on the bottom level being that he had ONE unit for a 3 story 3000 sq ft home! The kitchen was so nasty we had to eat out several times a day. I had to go buy cleaning supplies, a heater for down stairs and a fan for up and new linen just to get a little comfortable. The linen was dirty and had hair on them. There were old used face masks thrown in a couple of places. And once again he never considered refunded one dime.

Not Clean at All! Actually Disgusting!

I am sure in it's day the house was beautiful, but this property has been run down and during our stay was down right filthy. Apparently the renters before us smoked pot as the entire house smelled strongly of pot. The furniture was filthy. So much so I didn't even want to sit on the couches because of the hair and filth on them. We went and got some cleaning supplies and a lent roller with lysol. I literally rolled a pubic hair off of the couch along with dog hair, human hair and dirt. We then lent rolled the cloth that was on the table and rolled up pieces of weed from where apparently joints were being rolled before we arrived. The sheets in one of the bedrooms literally had what looked like a freaking pet urine stain on them. We had to wash all the blankets and lysol the entire home before we felt comfortable. The owner was very responsive but when I sent him all of these messages, his response to us was, "What would you like for me to do?" He did refund the cleaning deposit while we were there, but to come into a home that you have to clean for 2 hours prior, it was just not a great experience. I would not recommend staying at this house if you like a clean home. The owner explained that they had a new cleaning service and they just weren't getting the job done. But you could tell from the walls, the cabinets, base boards, this home has not had a deep clean in a long time. There was no bathroom mats and the tile in the bathrooms are so slick, I am sure that was a sight as we were sliding all over in there. There was only 4 towels for three people for a 4 night stay and there was only 2 forks. Needless to say not a good experience and will not return back to this property.

Not as advertised

When I walked in, I knew immediately that I would not have rented this house if the pictures accurately reflected the condition of the house. The list of items broken missing or dirty items is long. While I was there, two separate times, strangers used the keypad door code to walk right into the house, either because they were given permission by the owner or the house was rented to someone else while I was there. There is broken tile throughout the house that splinters off into tiny pieces that stab you in the feet, filthy air intake vents on the ceiling, bedding has holes, towels have holes, no hot water in the kitchen at all, poorly stocked kitchen ( for example there are three forks…. Three). I could go on and on about the damaged furniture, the dirty floor, grungy walls, obvious water damage in the bathrooms, broken toilet seat, broken daybed, hodgepodge of mismatched cheap furniture, filthy rugs on the floors, more than I can describe. After reaching out to the owner the second time strangers walked into the house while I was there, he offered me $500 for all of my trouble but never provided me with the $500 refund. Took two weeks to get my deposit money back after hounding him multiple times. This house is not what you see in the pictures. There is no way to lock the door from the inside so anyone and everyone that is given the code can walk right in. I would not stay in this property again. I told the owner that I would not leave a negative review but given the fact that he did not refund my $500 as we had agreed, I’m being completely honest with other customers about what they’re getting into when renting this property. Be prepared for anything because you are definitely not getting what’s pictured and described here. It’s sad because Lee seems like a nice guy but, he is either in way over his head or just does not care.

In town for a celebration of life

This property gave our family a central location and room to visit and eat without going out. Plenty of space, great location, and very clean. I would advise those with mobility issues or issues climbing stairs against this property. However there is a ground floor bedroom and full bath if someone needs that. Overall this is a property we will keep on our radar for future visits to Dallas.

Fellas Getaway

Nice spot close to Downtown and to Dallas Love Airport. We came to play golf and catch the Cowboy/Steelers game. Great host, nice area and would definitely recommend staying here.
