Our guests' health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. You can feel comfortable knowing that our cleaners follow the complete procedure to ensure that our units are entirely disinfected and sanitized, adhere to coronavirus prevention procedures, wipe all doors and keypads, and keep our environment clean.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

★ SECURE PARKING AND EV CHARGING ★
1) *Optional secure gated parking for one private vehicle (max 9’ width incl. mirrors) available at $19/day ($40 Value).
2) *Optional EV Level 2 Charger available for one private vehicle (max 9’ width incl. mirrors) for a flat fee of $25/day ($45 Value).

✔ All guests must be listed on the reservation. Per our community guidelines, only two visitors are allowed. Overnight hours start at 11 PM.

✔ It is essential to review our house rules before booking.

✔ 2 car limit inside the community. Free street parking is available, first-come, first-serve.

✔ It's Texas! Please keep all the doors shut so little critters won't enter the property, and keep the heat out.
