Our beautiful new remodel house sitting in the center of City McKinney, has the most convenient location you could imagine. It is right next to three interstates: US 75, 5 and 380, very close to three airports, McKinney and DFWs in 8 minutes and 30 minutes respectively. The property is just 3 minutes away from Historic Downtown McKinney in where you can enjoy your shopping, dine at gourmet restaurants, explore a farmer market.You can go to neighboring cities Allen, Plano, Frisco 15 minutes.

BEDROOM AND BEDS
Our beautiful house have 5 rooms 3 king,3 queen 3 single beds and 1 crib,
set up very comfortable sleep for 12 adults .(We want make sure everyone can sleep on a real bed or crib travel feel more comfortable).
Please attention: The two bottom Trundle single beds and mattress only sets for Children who are under 150 lbs, adults please do NOT sleep on(The top black single bed can sleep adult who is under 350 lbs).

ACCESS
Guests can enjoy whole house with 2 garages and fenced backyard with our relaxing deck, fire pit. We are welcome guests parking in our two garages,drive way also can parking 2 cars too(4 cars parking limited)
Street parking is NOT allowed in this property.

INTERACTION WITH GUEST
I am just live 15 minutes away, message or call me if you need anything. No matter if you can’t find remote control or want find a good BBQ restaurant or even you need extra pest control service for the house yard! I am here for helping you fix any problem!

Baby friendly
Our amazing house is perfect for families with young children, it is an infant and baby friendly place. We provide a foldable crib, highchair, baby cups and utensils, milk and wipe warmers. Please contact us for a list of baby items that we offer for your stay.
Two infant for each stay are free! Please tell us before you bring an infant baby to stay in the house, as we would like to put extra blankets on our sofas for extra baby protection!
We do NOT provide infants bedding for crib because of safety reasons.

Dog friendly
We love dog. Our amazing property is a dog friendly place, we have a big back yard with 8 feet wood fence for dog run without leash. Welcome all potty-trained ,kennel trained and well behaved dog , dog fees $100 per dog per stay( extra clean fee $50 will required after book). Please read our property rules, and take responsibility for your furry babies.
Dogs are ONLY allowed after our prior approval, with a maximum of two dogs.

Wi-Fi
We provide 1GBs internet speed for free. We have a top of the line mesh network with multiple access points throughout the house, so you can enjoy super super fast gigabit Wi-Fi for all your devices!

Printer
We provide color printer with ink and print paper for free.

TV
We also have smart TVs in each of the living spaces including living room, every bedroom and the office. All are equipped with Netflix, Disney Plus+, ESPN all provided free and all set up. If you prefer Hulu, we can provide that during your stay, as well.

Bedding
For beds, we provide high quality mattresses and really comfortable luxury white cotton linens and White Down 650 Fill Power comforters for you. With three king beds with medium-firm mattresses, three queen beds with cool memory foam mattresses and a single bed for the office, you are sure to find your perfect bed. Choose the mattress you like, and enjoy full relaxation when you sleep and wake up refreshed. It’s home away from home.

The Land
This house offers a unique city escape experience. The historical Victorian house settles on a 2 acre land, built in 1962. We totally remodeled this whole house to a modern house yet still has a victorian feel. The second floor ceiling is slanted and can get low. At its lowest point, it will have a height between 6 feet to 8 feet.
The house has its own entrance, garages, front yard, deck and a new 8 foot fence surrounding a big back yard too. There is a around half acre piece of land for the house guests to use.
The RV next door which is not open for our house guests. (It has its own private fence and entrance too).

Guest number
This house allowed 12 adults only and 4 more kids sleep in (Under 2 years old baby are free, allow 2 babies per stay).
We hope all our guest can keep this environment quiet and serene as a city escape area. Total guest count may not exceed the number specified on the booking.
If the guest count changes, please notify me prior to check-in and update the booking accordingly. We want all our guests in your group to feel welcomed.
Our default setup is for 8 people, each additional guest is $29 per night.(Outside visitors even though they don’t stay over night still count as our guest, total guest number no more than 16)

House extra service:
1-Mowing occurs every other Monday.
2-Pest control treats the property every 2 weeks, they always service the exterior of the house to give you a bug free environment. But if by chance any bugs get in the house they will do free in-house treanments.
3-Trash pick up on Friday early morning. Please leave the trash bins along the curb Thursday evening.
4-Bi-week house clean up (fees) required for long stay more than 4 weeks.

1.Any kind of smoke is NOT allowed inside and outside the house. An additional deep clean fee of $500 will be assessed, if smoking occurs in the house.

2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest, count in our guest number, total no more than 16 people . Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above.($29 extra guest fees after 8 guest)

3.DDH and its affiliates are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. DDH and its affiliates are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

4.Pets are NOT allowed without a non-refundable pet deposit($100) per pet per stay, extra pet clean fees $50 will sent after book. Please all droppings outside of the house from pets. Dropping must be cleaned up prior to leaving the property (otherwise, you will be charged excessive cleaning charges of $50). Pets NOT allowed droppings inside of the house. (will charge $500 for deep clean).

5.Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the right side of the property. All garbage throughout property should be disposed of in a dumpster. Every customer will stay Thursday night. Please pull garbage bins next to the street, city pick up every Friday early morning.

6.Creek Area: The small creek located on and belongs our property(outside of backyard fence) great for kids or dogs to have fun, watching (catching) frogs or other natural exploration. Parents pay attention! Our property is in a flood zone, when it rains, lots of water will go through this creek, watch out for your kids and pets.
ANY AND ALL TYPES OF RECREATION ON OR AROUND PROPERTY AND CREEK IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7.Fireplace: The fireplaces are wood burning.Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. Absolutely no fires outside the fire pit or fireplace.
Outside firepit have to fire with the cover,when you done the outside activity please use water completely put out the fire and put cover back!

8.Street parking is NOT allowed in this property.NOT allowed parking on our grass. Whole group parking up to 4 cars.

9.WE ARE NOT PARTY HOUSE!!! NOT WELCOME PARTY IN OUR PROPERTY!!!WILL ASKING LEAVE IMMEDIATELY (Also will asking $500 for extra service fees and clean fees)

10.LOUD NOISE DETECTION DEVICES: Location near kitchen area.
Unreasonably loud noise is strictly prohibited. The noise level detection devices DO NOT record any conversations and only measure decibel levels and number of IOS devices in the property. Any noise above 75 decibels(db) for more than 10 minutes will trigger an alarm that will automatically notify the property owner, which may result in immediate cancellation of your booking with no refunds.

11.SECURITY CAMERA DEVICES ON PREMISE:Location near all house outside entrance doors, face to street and back yard.
Exterior video cameras are installed on the property for security and safety reasons. No security cameras are located inside the property. We reserve the right to use the camera footage at any time.

12.The property check out and clean team scheduled time is 11am. There is a late check-out fee of $100 per hour.
