First, what was good: The customer service was great, I was allowed to check in early. It has many sleeping spaces, tall ceilings, spacious bathroom, two televisions, and the kitchen was stocked.
Now, what was not good:
I booked the place for my fiancé’s birthday because it’s advertised a the penthouse. With that kind of description you expect certain things. First, while I was allowed an early check in, I sent messages with no response. Eventually, the day of check-in, someone responded. An old manager was actually receiving the messages but she was kind enough to connect me with the mew manager. Also what went wrong was, the rental was on the third floor and not handicapped accessible, the bed was so hard, it felt like sleeping on the floor, the room that we wanted to use had a broken bed and I was so embarrassed, the room dividers were torn, the chair that was there was so very worn, it was embarrassing to even use it in the space, the patio/balcony wasn’t set up the same no did it have the same furniture, the way the lighting was set up was inconvenient. The lamps had to be unplugged to turn them-no knobs, the towels looked worn out, only Roku TV, the decor felt cheap and half done. The space looks lived In and the bedding didn’t feel clean. This was not an ideal place.
If you are looking for a place to crash for the night with several people this is ideal. If you are looking for a penthouse feel with accommodations to match-this isn’t the place for you!!! You truly get what you pay for!
