Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. You will also have full access to the building's shared amenities. Please be aware that amenity hours are subject to change and access may occasionally be paused for maintenance.

Swimming Pool: Relax by the shared pool and make use of the BBQ grill, available daily from 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Closed Mondays for routine maintenance.

Game, Art & Music Rooms:** Enjoy creative and recreational spaces, including a pool table. Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (closed on weekends).

✅ Before You Arrive

- Complete the required pre-check-in form to receive your access codes and digital house manual.

- A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card before arrival and released within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages.



🕒 Check-In & Special Requests

- Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

- A Pack 'n Play or air mattress may be available upon request.

- A second air mattress is available for $35 per night.



🚗 Parking:

- One complimentary off-street parking space is included.

- Additional parking may be available upon request.

- Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage.

- Oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs or larger) are not permitted unless actively loading or unloading.

- Free street parking is available after 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday and all day Sunday, where permitted.



🔇 Quiet Hours

- Amplified sound audible beyond the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

- No parties or excessive noise. Please respect our neighbors.



🚭 Property Policies

- No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs inside the apartment. A $250 cleaning fee applies for violations.

- No mail or package deliveries unless approved before arrival.

- Apartment décor and furniture may vary slightly from the listing photos.

- Pool, gym, and other building amenities are managed by the property. Refunds cannot be provided for planned or unplanned amenity closures.
