„The room was well located and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants which was wonderful! Unfortunately the linens and towels were dirty- very apparent they had not been washed prior to us arriving. Shower curtain was growing mold at bottom, shower towel soiled and sheets had hair in them. While insects can come in, I have also let owner know that cockroaches were in bathroom. „Second time staying in the building. Nice place. Everything as expected. As close as you can get to Bishop Arts District and handy to downtown and freeway access. On-site parking very helpful (there’s not much in the area). Environment is safe though I wouldn’t wander blocks away at night. Only down is that Saturday night was loud and rowdy til 2 am.“

I usually take my own linens and towels on trips but everything was so clean, I didn’t use them. Easy access. Very spacious. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Very safe area.“
