There were so many things that went wrong and unlimited to so few characters that I can’t really say everything but some highlights were a very wonky elevator on the first day that was loud and you felt very unsafe riding on that the staff was aware of and the next day it was stuck between floors wide open! „The hotel and our room were clean and beautiful. Staff were very professional and helpful. They had a free hot food bar from 5pm-7:30pm that looked very good. (We had already made plans with our son to eat dinner out so didn’t take advantage of the hot bar.) The breakfast bar was good also. It was quiet during the night. No issues with noise from hallway or outside. Beds were quite comfortable. This hotel is just 5 minutes from the Ascension/St. Vincent Heart Center. So a perfect place to stay ...

They were super nice to my little guy who is a definite handful! The rooms were great and we had a Deluxe Queen and the extra space in the room was amazing!!
