„The host seemed fine in the beginning but we encountered a terrible bug infestation inside the cabin we had fly's, beetles, and lady bugs, all over the cabin and falling from the cracks of the cabin into our beds and luggage. And we had to buy spray just contain them for our stay but i dont feel compensated fairly for the inconvenience. They only offered 70 back for a 3 night 4 day booking...thats probably why all the cabins where empty, but the one we rented..Also the heating situation ...

„We were very excited for our first family trip with our one year old for Christmas but there were too many roaches for us to feel comfortable even staying one night. We did get our money back except for the first night, which we never stayed, however, the cabin was nice other than that. “

„We were given someone else’s room. Thankfully the person had a latch on so we couldn’t get in, but how scary is it that not only were we given a key for someone else’s room, but the front attendant asked me if there was someone in the room when we said we couldn’t get in and the door was latched. The doors that should have been locked on the backside of the building were either not locked or the door just didn’t work. It’s in a weird location as well.
