„Fabulous breakfast. Convenient coin laundry. Scale to weigh your luggage. Of course a 7-11 super close by for anything you need last minute. Minutes from Haneda Airport by free hotel provided shuttle. Also take the free shuttle to train station, shopping and restaurants— super convenient. We plan to return next year!“

„It was Great….100% would come back and stay here….Area was very nice, you find everything you need close by… Kenji was the Best, thank you again for everything…Best Regards….“

„We had an okay ish experience there. While the onsen is fantastic and the cleaning ladies do a great job, the same cannot be said of the front desk who will not go out of their way to help you. The rooms themselves are rather poorly set up.“

„Everything was perfect. The staff were super helpful and polite and the room was clean and very pleasant to stay in.“

„Very good and modern hotel. A recommended stay. Also really good cooking.“

„We were looking for a hotel close to the airport including a shuttle where we could arrive late. The pre-check-in worked ok exce“
