„This property was excellent! The owner responded promptly to all questions. The property was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. I rate this location a 9.999/10. The only thing I didn't like was that there were nearby neighbors but I knew that going in to the rental because other people had commented about it. „We came down to fish the lakes in the area and booked a cabin here because of its proximity to the lakes. Check-in was easy and very accommodating, and the place was incredible.The fishing at the local lakes was a bust, but the hosts and stay at Greer farm made the trip. Highly recommended! “

„We were very happy to be in such a beautiful setting! Everything was great and Donna and Paul were very nice and helpful. I need to point out one thing though. Please be careful using the plywood steps into the childrens loft. It has big splinters broken off and my little granddaughter cut her big toe on it. It is a savety issue that can easily be fixed. We would gladly come back again. “

„Very nice well kept tiny house. We felt very comfortable and slept great. It had a great little deck overlooking a pond. Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it. „This is a great property. If I could change anything about it; it would be to update the king matress. It was uncomfortable, but such an easy fix. I would highly recommend this place. „Beautiful spacious home with fully equipped kitchen with gas and charcoal grill. Provided everything we needed. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. Have a nice pier to fish off of and tie your boat there. My husband prefers a boat slip, which we rented down the street called Big Al barefoot marina for a very reasonable price.
